Booking and Cancellation Terms and Conditions
- Booking deposits are non-refundable however, providing 72 hours notice is given in writing by email, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking within 6 months of original booking.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for ALL bookings.
- Should you not attend and claim your pitch by 8pm on the start of your holiday and we do not receive any notification from you, your pitch will be treated as a cancellation and will become vacant to relet.
- Balance payable 72 hours before arrival date.
- Single night bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.
- No hen or stag parties.
Other Terms and Conditions
Dogs
Quiet, well behaved, non- aggressive dogs are accepted strictly on the following conditions: Please keep your dog under strict control and on a lead around your pitch and the park site apart from within the dog park area.
No fouling around the park except in the dog park area. Please clean up after your dog and put all dog waste in the bin provided.
Please do not allow your dog to cause a nuisance to other guests or loose farm animals in the adjoining fields.
Dogs are not allowed in the shower/ toilet units.
Dogs listed on the dangerous dog’s act are not allowed on the park.
Day Visitors
Please inform Karen or Al if you are expecting visitors. All visitors must be over 18yrs and must park in the car park. Visitors must vacate the park by 9.30pm.
Awnings
Awnings must be erected on the hard standing area of your pitch.
No televisions, radios or heaters are allowed in awnings.
Windbreaks are allowed on pitches.
Accommodation and Awnings
All awnings must be attached to your unit and within your allocated pitch. You may put up a pup tent (maximum 1m x 1m) for storage purposes only.
For safety reasons, gazebos and event shelters are not permitted.
General
No fire pits or BBQ’s on the pitches.
BBQ’s are allowed in the designated BBQ field where there are picnic tables.
Only one car to be parked on your pitch, please park additional cars in the car park.
No charging point for electric cars.
Take all rubbish to the waste bin and recycling area. Dispose of waste in the appropriate bins.
Electrical equipment and connections must comply with British standards. No splitters on electrical socket points. Cable joiners must be in an approved waterproof casing.
Please fully unwind your EHU power cable to prevent overheating and causing a fire.
Please consider all guests by keeping noise at an acceptable level. Quiet time from 10pm to 8am.
For any reason beyond our control, should we need to make any changes or cancellation of your holiday, we will offer you an alternative holiday or a full refund. In the event we have to upgrade you from a small pitch to a super pitch you will not be charged the extra cost.
The management reserve the right to refuse admission to the park or to terminate the visit of any persons whose conduct is not acceptable. No refund will be given. The park owners cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or accident to any person or property however caused.
Arrival/ Departure Time
Your pitch will be available from 1pm on the day of arrival and departure is 12 noon.
If you plan to arrive after 8pm, please inform the park as soon as possible by TEXTING 07717025812.
If you would like to check out late (12 noon – 5pm), please request this prior to your departure day. Please note that this cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on occupancy. There is a late departure charge of £10.
If you would like to check out before 8:30am, please let us know the day before your departure.
